Our team at Handicap Driver Training has over 30 years of experience helping experienced drivers and first-time drivers who have acquired or have a developmental disability or recovered from an injury achieve independence and driving safety.

Frank Boutelle is the driving expert you need to know! He has been an instructor since 1985 and has operated his driving school business since 1989. With over 30 years of experience as a Driver Rehabilitation Specialist, he’s helped countless people get back on track with their driving skills. He also has 12 years of experience as a Master Driver for the C.A. State Military Reserves, conducting tactical D.T. to U.S.A. Army standards. In 2010, he was P.O.S.T. Certified by Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. He also became E.V.O. Certified through San Bernadino Sheriff’s Department. In addition, Frank served as the Board President of the Driving School Association of California (D.S.A.C.) between 2019 to 2021.
